SHIPPING
How are items shipped?
We ship primarily by US Postal Service, as well as UPS or DHL, depending on the distance the package is traveling, and the destination. We rarely use FedEx at this time.
How long does shipping take?
Items ship from Denver, Colorado, USA, and we will always endeavor to ship as quickly as possible, with a guarantee of 1-3 days from orders being placed. Ground shipping time in transit ranges from 3-10 business days, distance dependent. This is a longer time due to covid-19.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, absolutely. Shipping costs vary by destination country. Import taxes and duties are not included in the Trapper of Colorado checkout and will be separately invoiced by the courier service. If you would like an estimate of duties and taxes before placing an order, we will try to accommodate you. Please reach out by email to: shipping @ trapperofcolorado.com
What does shipping cost?
Shipping for orders over US $98 is freeShipping for orders in an amount less than US $98, or for international orders, is calculated by product weight, distance being shipped, and whether or not you choose the expedited shipping option.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do accept returns for an exchange or refund, provided the item remains in new, unworn condition, with tags still attached as when shipped to you. Items must be received back by our shipping department within 21 days of our ship date, which will appear on the return form included in the box. Once your return has been received, we will email you a confirmation.
Where do I find the return label?
In an effort not to add to needless paper consumption and forest depletion, your printable return label will be emailed directly to you upon request. Please reach out to us at: sales @ trapperofcolorado.com to request a return label. You must request your label within one week of your deadline to return your item or the return will not be honored.
How do I exchange an item?
We process exchanges as new, separate orders, with free shipping applied to domestic orders. Please return your unworn, unused items for a refund, and place a new, replacement order through the website. We will not hold items while your return is in transit. It is best to place a new order for what you would like so the item does not sell out. Please note that our items are mostly limited edition quantities. If you are returning an item that was not originally eligible for free shipping, please type "EXCHANGE" when making your replacement order and shipping will not be charged for the replacement item.
How do I return an item from outside of the US?
We regret that we cannot refund the cost of returning an item from outside the United States. Please use the trackable shipping carrier of your choice from your location. We strongly urge you to keep your shipping tracker code and please do track the shipment until it has reached us. We will email you a confirmation once we have received your return. If you have not received a confirmation email, please reach out to us.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 1-3 days of our receiving your return. You will receive a confirmation by email once we have processed your refund. The time it takes to appear on your credit card will vary by the financial institution issuing the card. Some hold funds longer than others. Calling your financial institution may result in their releasing the returned funds quicker, though we cannot say, just suggest.
What if the style or size I need has sold out?
Because we create limited edition quantities, items may become unavailable. If you are unsure of what size you may need, we advise ordering items in more than one size, with the intent to return the size you do not need. If you are in the United States, we'll pick up the return shipping. Please also feel free to reach out to inquire about our stock quantity for the item you wish to purchase. If we've got lots in stock, you'll probably have no problem replacing with a different size. For product stock questions, please send us a note at limitededition @ trapperofcolorado.com
If the item you wish to exchange for another size has sold out and you are hoping to find a similar replacement, please reach out for information on similar items in development. We may have a stash of nearly identical fabric that we're about to do a run of, and you could receive the first limited edition piece from the new batch.
